Embodiement of Care

"I think its important to take time out to acknowledge your emotions as it ties into your physical and mental health. Depending on the work you do on a daily basis, its imperative that you replenish yourself so you can show up for others whole and full. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Others should know that they are not alone and when things get hard and overwhelming there is a community that they can go to." -Deja B.

Caring for our inner self and bridging the connection with our outer being is not always a practice that comes naturally to us. Gentle guidance in this process will support a restorative shift and delves into reflective and enhanced self-awareness. Through the use of contemplative practices such as experiential journaling, breath work, meditation and somatic exercises, you will intentionally nourish your well-being.

Discover how to redefine self care as a form of celebration, and the embodiment of the courage that is needed to be, and to express who you are. Explore the journey within, and emerge with a renewed sense of being as we engage your body and mind.
