My Inspiration Studio Satisfaction Guarantee
We are dedicated to creating products of the absolute highest integrity. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your My Inspiration Studio purchase, within the first 15 days after your order has been received, we will replace, refund or exchange your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with seals, and in its original packaging.
To Return Items
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return an item for a complete refund, please package it in its original packaging and return the item within 15 days. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless it is due to our error, damage or defect*. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do our best to refund your credit card within 72 hours of receipt. You will be notified when your refund has been processed. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card. Again, refunds will only be made using the original payment method after we receive the item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If it has been at least 10 days since you were notified of your processed refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, please first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are returning an item in exchange for another item, we will send the replacement item out as soon as we can (usually within 72 hours) upon receipt of the item you are returning.
*Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 15 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is broken or defective, we will replace or exchange your product free of charge. Please contact us at email@example.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
Please note that abuses to the exchange policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to My Inspiration Studio's discretion. In the case where the original item that you purchased is no longer available you will be offered another product of equal value.
If your item was received as a gift and you do not have the original payment method or receipt, please follow the return instructions above and let us know that your item was a gift and the name of the gift giver. You will receive either: a replacement, your choice of item of equal or lessor value, or gift credit for the current price of the item (or the difference if item of lessor value was chosen).
