Virtual Journaling Session
These transformative journaling sessions are designed to help employees pause, reflect and become more self-aware. This contemplative process gives participants tools to support their well-being, to be more present and ready to engage with their work and co-workers. I use a combination of restorative techniques to accompany the journaling process including aromatherapy, breath work and reflexology.
Audio Guided Journaling Session
This offering is similar to virtual journaling sessions but participants are given all of their journaling tools to complete the sessions on their own. The guided process is recorded and participants are given access to a unique audio link to engage in the process on their own time. The accompanying audio recording can be customized to include motivational messages from company leadership. Employees will have an on-demand tool that they can use to reflect and support their growth and well-being.
Comprehensive Coaching Experience
This offering introduces the journaling process as a tool to acknowledge, engage and support employees over a 90 day period. The proprietary framework utilizes an ongoing internal conversation (journaling), impactful engagement and curated coaching conversations to create a meaningful, productive, less stressed and more engaged workforce. The program was designed to serve as a companion to an employee’s workday to provide consistent support for well-being, personal growth and professional performance.
