Life can be challenging. Unexpected obstacles appear that give us pause and challenge our need to move forward. If you are undergoing a transitional period and personal transformation, then my group coaching may be perfect for you. My group coaching program, “Turning the Page”, works to change your outlook by putting an end to self-doubt and giving you the tools you need to prepare you for your journey.
My comforting and powerful form of group support and interaction is not your typical round-table discussion. Participate in a fun and supportive environment and let the Turning the Page process help you:

You will be guided in setting intentions, staying on track, and holding yourself accountable. This program is just for the ladies and here’s why. Women are consistently transitioning for various reasons:

These transitions can tend to bring about uncertainty. Often times, change can be viewed as an unwelcomed negative, but change paves the way for personal transformation, the opportunity for new experiences, and a fresh perspective for growth.
No U-Turns
In Group Coaching, I create a relaxing non-judgmental group environment. You are supported to no longer return to self-defeating behavior or thinking. I encourage participants to change their internal dialogue and manage their mindset. Group coaching is about people coming together with a common interest to move forward and work towards achieving personal goals. Often times, strong interpersonal relationships form among group members that extend outside the group.
In this group format, participants are able to:
● Listen to Each Other
● Learn from Other Group Members’ Experiences and Perspectives
● Offer Feedback or Support When Requested
This is a creative process for both you and me, which makes it alive, responsive, and energizing. I will fuse Journaling and Creative Visualization into our group sessions. Hands-on, expressive art activities are also incorporated for additional reinforcement.
Our program is like no other, integrating approaches for:

Participation in the group is three month commitment, which includes 2 one-hour private coaching calls, 6 one-hour group coaching calls. 3 two-hour in person coaching sessions. We will track your progress and celebrate your successes. Above all, you will be better prepared to navigate the road ahead.
