Transformative journaling sessions are designed to help participants pause, reflect and become more self-aware. I curate and facilitate an intentional process that provides tools to support well-being, be more present and ready to engage with a stronger sense of self. I use a combination of restorative techniques to accompany the journaling process including aromatherapy, breath work and reflexology. These sessions are customized for your group, organization or company.
